The body as a whole can be improved through regular shiatsu massage. By stimulating the Ki (bio-energy), shiatsu improves circulation and balances internal organs and meridians to enhance your overall health. Reduces tension in the muscles and connective tissue.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology improves your health through working the reflexes on your feet to optimize health. Each reflex point relates to a specific part on your body from head to toe. Relax on our comfy massage table and enjoy the benefits Reflexology has to offer.
SHIATSU
What Is Shiatsu
Shiatsu Massage is a form of Japanese massage used to balance the body's energy while releasing muscle tension. Illness in the body is seen as a disharmony within the body. This disharmony interrupts the natural flow of energy (Ki) which if not treated can result in physical ailments causing illness.
Regular shiatsu massages are recommended to improve and maintain health. Your body will let you know how often you need to come.
Pressure is applied using thumbs, fingers, knees, elbows and feet. I believe in working with your body to apply to right amount of pressure needed. No pain no gain is not my motto.
What To Expect During a Shiatsu Massage
Shiatsu massage is performed on a comfortable mat on the floor, however if you are unable to do this we use a massage table. You will remain fully clothed with no use of oils or lotions throughout this relaxing experience. Most benefit is gained when you commit to yourself and your health.
